Patiënt settings

In the patient settings you can:

  • View the personal data of the patient, and adjust it depending on your organization
  • Add respondents

Click on the patient settings button at the top op the page:

Add respondents​

Click on "Create" below the respondent data to add a respondent.

Now you have the opportunity to enter a label and e-mail from the respondent.

  • The label is intended as an aid to remember who the parent, teacher or caregiver is. Do not include any name or other identifying information in this label.
