Recently completed questionnaires
Employees with access to the admin interface can set a time span for questionnaires that determines how long a previously completed questionnaire remains valid. If this is set for a questionnaire, and the questionnaire has been completed within that period, then the questionnaire will appear at the bottom when preparing in a group of "recently completed lists". It is then probably not necessary to have this list completed now. How long a list is considered "recent" differs per questionnaire and sometimes also per protocol.
